MTO Coordinator

Obtain data for Tag and cables from the discipline based on info from Aveva Engineering

– Map the material to correct purchase package (PWBS) and storage location (PWBS)

– Maintenance when needed (new material)

– Responsible engineer for multidiscipline requisitioning based on input from the various discipline incl registration in EIS and transfer to SAP

– Responsible engineer for reservation (from EIS til SAP) incl collecton of reservation data from 3D og MTS

– Follow-up badlist (C&S request etc.)

– Follow-up reservation badlist.


Bachelor Degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in the Oil & gas Industry

– Responsible for crude invoicing process. Liaison with Commercial and external customers

Structural Engineer PDMS

Structural Engineer PDMS 

– Perform PDMS structural design, including 2D draft work, of main and secondary outfitting structures as  (but not limited to):

– Deck structures- Reinforcements of existing steel- Walkways- Access platforms

– Stairs & ladders- Monorails & pad eyes

– Update existing drawings using Microstation 2D/Raster.

– Work with point clouds/scan in PDMS.

– The candidate should be responsible for (but not limited to):

Senior Automation Engineer

– Produce new documentation and drawings such as Cauce&Effect, System Control Diagrams (SCD) diagrams, loop drawings for process, Fire&Gas and safety systems; IS Loop Calculations.- Revise existing documentation and drawings.- Produce work packages for installation.- Produce deliverables for studies and Front End Loading (FEL) work.- Produce documentation for Safety and Automation Systems (SAS)- Discipline check and approval of produced documents and drawings in the project.- Order all instrument materials needed for offshore installation.- Must be able to understand P&IDs and drawings from different disciplines.- Discussions with Client and vendor representatives in order to find optimal technical solutions.

Qualifications:– Bachelor or Masters degree in Instrumentation/Automation- Good experience with SAS systems in modification projects.- Experience with compressor modification projects.- Experience with Kongsberg SAS systems is preferred- Long experience, 7 to 12 years, within offshore related projects- Knowledge of relevant standards such as NPD, ATEX, IEC61892 and Norsok- Knowledge of modifications on offshore installations when in operation.- Experienced in Studies and Front End Loading (FEL) work.- Experienced in several process & utility systems, incl.
