Scrum Master

We are looking for a SCRUM Master, you will work closely with one or more Scrum Teams guiding them how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.
Guiding the team(s) on how to get the most out of self-organization.
Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team(s) and coach them to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable.
Removing impediments or guide the team(s) to remove impediments.
Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on improvements and problem-solving.
Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency.
Supporting and educating the Product Owner(s) on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
Supporting the Product Owner(s) by relaying vision and roadmap of the product.

Facilitating use of an agile tool to maintain backlog, planning and execution
Resolving conflicts by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty, and respect.
Forecasting & Release Planning
Coaching in agile practices
Helping the team members in clarifying goals and actions to achieve the goals.
Shielding the team from any distractions and interference.
This is full-time assignment starting as soon as possible or by agreement, ordering is 6 months at a time with planned extension. This assignment is planned to be for a long time.
