Obtain data for Tag and cables from the discipline based on info from Aveva Engineering

– Map the material to correct purchase package (PWBS) and storage location (PWBS)

– Maintenance when needed (new material)

– Responsible engineer for multidiscipline requisitioning based on input from the various discipline incl registration in EIS and transfer to SAP

– Responsible engineer for reservation (from EIS til SAP) incl collecton of reservation data from 3D og MTS

– Follow-up badlist (C&S request etc.)

– Follow-up reservation badlist.

Qualifications:–

Bachelor Degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in the Oil & gas Industry

– Participation in EPCIC projects

– Excellent knowledge of Norsok standards.

– Previous experience with Equinor procedures and standards.

– Previous experience with Aibel’s systems EIS, Proarc (highly preferable)

– Must have valid Norwegian offshore- and health certificates..

– Assist systems engineering in defining required mechanical equipment- Establish datasheets for equipment and Technical Requisition document.- Hold technical clarifications with vendors and assist in vendor selection process- Hold kick off meetings with vendors and perform FATs- Supplier documentation review and approval- Handle inquiries from Client and 3rd party regarding equipment packages. 

Qualifications:– Master Degree or bachelor degree- Long relevant work experience may compensate for lack of formal education.- Experience from working in multidiscipline engineering teams in EPC projects as mechanical package responsible engineer (PRE)- Experience with offshore HVDC substation projects would be preferred- Experience from both rotating and static mechanical equipment packages.- Experience from seawater lift pumps would be an advantage- Experience with follow-up of sub-suppliers, bid clarification meetings, kick off meetings and FATs.- Min 3 years experience working as package responsible equipment.- Ability to work independently and thorough as well as ability to work in team- Multidiscipline understanding- Good communication skills- Have a high loyalty to deadlines and quality requirements- Be proactive, seeking advice and share own experiences with others- Communicate well in English – both oral and in writing- Willingness to travel when required- Ability to understand new rules and regulations

– Review and analyse purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy, and source the supply of materials/service from existing contract portfolio or establishes new sourcing relationship(s).- Determine the method of sourcing – be it competitive bidding or via priced Frame Agreements.- Prepare bid specifications, issue bid requests and review quotations and purchase.- Identify and select supplier to procure requisitioned commodities, meeting criteria such as price, quantity, quality and delivery date and places orders.- Understand requesting departments needs and develop/refine specifications and/or source for materials/services in conjunction with Contract Advisors or Procurement Managers – whilst working to achieve lowest possible total cost of ownership (TCO)- Process purchasing transactions according to policies, procedures and processes.- Manage delivery of material and services in accordance with expectations, and expedite delivery on a non-routine basis in agreement with the internal client.- Manage purchasing performance in accordance with KPIs and targets set by the Purchasing Manager.- Resolves purchasing problems between department and vendor in a service minded and solution orientated manner .- Interprets purchasing procedures for Internal clients and external vendors, sometimes as a specialist in assigned material categories, which require a degree of technical knowledge. Assists personnel with making requisitions, and helps to solve procurement problems.- Champions compliance with established procurement processes out in the BUs.- Provide guidance and assistance to Purchasers.- Be familiar with company’s contract portfolio within segment.  – Follow up of Contracts/suppliers as agreed with Purchasing Manager and in the context of the Management of Contract procedure.- Work with Purchasing Manager to develop purchasing plan 

Qualifications:– BSc in SCM or equivalent experience- Experience within procurement/purchasing as Buyer minimum 5 year- Experience from supplier/customer side- Relevant experience from purchasing in a range of typical O&G category equipment or services .- Plan and follow up Vendor/Contract administration- Highly skilled in SAP  – Well-founded knowledge of industry purchasing practices and procedures.- Well-founded knowledge of relevant types of materials, products, and services for the assigned areas of Procurement and how to source these for use at the appropriate locations.- Preparation of specifications and assessment of simple bids.- Well- founded knowledge of material management, warehouse operations and logistics within Companys ERP tool.- Experienced in Continuous improvement

– Produce new documentation and drawings such as Cauce&Effect, System Control Diagrams (SCD) diagrams, loop drawings for process, Fire&Gas and safety systems; IS Loop Calculations.- Revise existing documentation and drawings.- Produce work packages for installation.- Produce deliverables for studies and Front End Loading (FEL) work.- Produce documentation for Safety and Automation Systems (SAS)- Discipline check and approval of produced documents and drawings in the project.- Order all instrument materials needed for offshore installation.- Must be able to understand P&IDs and drawings from different disciplines.- Discussions with Client and vendor representatives in order to find optimal technical solutions.

Qualifications:– Bachelor or Masters degree in Instrumentation/Automation- Good experience with SAS systems in modification projects.- Experience with compressor modification projects.- Experience with Kongsberg SAS systems is preferred- Long experience, 7 to 12 years, within offshore related projects- Knowledge of relevant standards such as NPD, ATEX, IEC61892 and Norsok- Knowledge of modifications on offshore installations when in operation.- Experienced in Studies and Front End Loading (FEL) work.- Experienced in several process & utility systems, incl. Platform Control Systems, Fire&Gas and safety system.- Knowledge of instrument and electrical equipment used in the oil industry.- Knowledge of the differences in using hydraulic, pneumatic or electrical solutions in safety systems

– 3D modelling in E3D/PDMS, EIT layout- Produce EIT drawings and revise existing drawings/doc.- Self-check and discipline check for drawings and documents- 3D modellering i PDMS/E3D- Implement vendor information in 3D model- Update of engineering TAG/DOC register both Company and customer systems   

Qualifications:– Bachelor or technical college preferred, minimum high school  – Experience with PDMS or E3D- Multi-discipline drawing experience (Electrical, instrumentation and automation)- Advantage with experience from layout of EIT equipment, cable and cable tray’s- Advantage with experience with Microstation 2D- Newly qualified resources will be evaluated if they have experience from field work within EIT or relevant education- English fluent, Norwegian language skills is an advantage- Be able to take responsible for own discipline area, in smaller and larger project assignment- Collaborate in a god way with client and vendor- Safety course/training for offshore including valid health certificate     

 Detail engineering electrical system including drawing and documentation in different phases.- Work preparation, issue work packages- Internal control and discipline control of drawing and documents- Vendor follow up, including being package responsible engineer- Update of engineering TAG/DOC register both Company and customer systems- Estimation of discipline task, based on technical descriptions- Provide input for layout of equipment, cable and cable trays.

Qualifications:– Technical college, Bachelor of Science or Master of Science- Education within electric power (elkraft) an advantage- Experience from offshore-related projects, both green field and brown field- Experience with Equinor technical requirement and systems is an advantage- Experience with CAD systems as E3D/PDMS, Microstation, is an advantage- Experience with systems as generator control panel, VSD, el.motor, UPS, is an advantage- Newly qualified resources will be evaluated if they have experience from field work within EIT or relevant education- English fluent, for the positions Norwegian language skills is a requirement- Collaborate in a god way with client and vendor- Be able to work in team- Handle new data program with ease- Safety course/training for offshore including valid health certificate

Functional Safety Engineer- SIF determination and SIL allocation- Prepare / update Safety requirement Specification (SRS)- Review of vendor SAR’s and SIL certificates- Perform SIL compliance calculation and assessmentQualifications:– Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Safety Engineering- Preferable TÛV certified functional Safety Engineer- Min. 5 years’ experience in Functional Safety / SIL engineering- Experience with IEC 61508/61511 and Norsk Olje og Gass Guideline 070- Knowledge of SIS/SIL and process safety design- Experience from modification projects in the oil and gas industry would be an asset.- Have good communication skills in English and Norwegian(preferable) both orally and in writing- Have a cooperative working attitude- Be systematic and accurate- Have a high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements- Have the ability to see multiple design – cases (solution oriented)

3D modelling (Revit and/or Plant 3D), 2D, MTO’s

2-5 years experience- Norwegian and English
